Fraser, of Beef: How Milk, Meat, and Muscle Made the Modern World, to be published by William Morrow on September 30, 2008. He is the Managing Editor at The Improper Bostonian and was a staff writer and Associate Editor at Boston Magazine. His work has appeared in numerous publications, including The Boston Globe and Fodor’s Boston guidebooks. A graduate of Williams College, Rimas grew up in Canada, Europe and South America, and has spent several years in Spain.
